Appaling service

I am super angry about my experience at Caah Crusaders Centurion Mall. Firstly, they opened 15 minutes late, although the working hours specify the opening time as 9AM. I understand they were in a meeting but proper planning needs revisiting as you can't make customers wait outside while holding meetings. Secondly, my microwave was so dirty inside and out, clearly indicating it was being used while I was under the impression it was safely stored and bubble wrapped to ensure safe-keeping. And the cherry on top, I discovered when I got home that one of the legs are missing. So basically I took in a fully-functional item but for it to come back wobbly and can't stand if I put an item inside or on top of it. Now tell me, would you have accepted the item if I brought it in, in that condition? I need answers ASAP!!! I am disgusted by the overall service received. It is unacceptable!!!
