angry customer

so I've been cheated with my gold chain, i had a gold chain in a buy back at this branch in Woodstock before the lockdown in march and i received a sms to collect on the 1st June when the store opened so because my salary date was only 26 June i asked for a 5 day ext and it was granted of which it was just fair seeing that lots of ppl lost their jobs and didn't even get paid when being at home. i then couldn't make it for the 26 June i then called in and spoke to one of the ladies at the front desk knowing them cause I was use to going to that branch. i then asked for a further ext to be granted till 04 july 2020, i mean come on lockdown just happened and this was the first movement of the country. i got to the store in July 2020 and I was told by the manager that the item was sold.an item of worth R6000 was sold by the very next day . that was strange to me so I feel ****med even though I contacted customer service and complained I think no remorse was given that i lost something of great value. every time I went to the store I was told that i must be careful with my item what does that mean.?????????
