All promise no deliver

Charity who represents the company on Wednesday made arrangements to com today to collect a fridge and the day went past with no result and every time my Wife communicated with her she said they will becoming. So long story short my Wife had to attend to other thing and obviously wit them comming she could not do anything wasted the whole day on an empty promise
