Acer Aspire worked only 48 hours
Bought Acer Aspire 1 on the 13/03/23 and 4 days later I will be watching a series and window closes , I restart and the same issue arises. I need my money back because it only worked swifly 48 hours and to this day am stuck with a device that is malfunctions.

23 Mar 2023, 06:19Thank you, a gentleman by the name of Elijah phoned me and was very polite and patient and he reverted my matter to the actual store , which unfortunately was not happy about my complain and said to me I need to get back on my emails and state that I have been helped as if am obliged to give thanks . This lady Thandeka I explained to her that I brought the laptop back to the friendliest sales guy at that store who is patiently fixing the matter ,when I wanted a full refund he was able to say he can try see what the matter is. The same sales guy who assisted me in getting this laptop . So I won't be getting online and saying my matter was resolved because I was basically summoned in a sarcastic manner to do so. So that store still gets 1 star from me simply because of the mannerism of 1 person . That Acer I bought I arranged pickup at the store on Friday 24/03/2023 . The day I went to the store I went straight to the sales guy because he would know , this guy should get the position of that lady because even when I was in the store all his colleagues were asking him for help with so many things , that guy practically runs that shop and he is kind to both customers and his colleagues but the manager needs to learn from this humble guy , cause honestly I really am annoyed by her phone call.
