Access to link not working
GoodDay Everyone
I just want to find out if anyone has ever took out a loan and experienced trouble with the link they send for extension and evens problems with extending the link online via app, I experienced that and was told I lost my items due to not paying via link on time and ther is nothing they can do for me but I must buy the items back at double the amount which I strongly feel it is unfair seeing the link didnt work, how can they not meet you halfway seeing that it wasnt your fault, please be careful for such cause im sure that im not the only one to experience this, im highly disappointed in their service.
