Abuse of "Power"

I frequent Cash Crusaders Plumstead and are on friendly terms with the staff and management, I went there recently to view some older video games they had purchased in as I collect games and few of my friends do as well, out of the selection of titles I asked to put aside about 7 titles and told them I would collect them on the upcoming Saturday, Saturday arrives and my friend go to the store to purchase the games only to be told they can't find them and that the gentleman that put them aside was off that day and I should call the store on Monday, later during the week I run into another game collector that I know only to find out that he purchased all the titles that had been promised to me and that they had been shown and sold to him by Mario Johnson the buyer at the branch, now I am aware that keeping items aside for customers is not a right but a privilege but also not and new and unheard of practice at any Cash Crusaders store, what has really upset is that he absolutely knew that those items were promised and being kept aside for me and the day I came into to purchase the items he was there feigning innocence and acting as if he knew nothing yet he was the very person to have offered to items to the other customer and I have confirmed this with the customer. I feel that this is a spiteful and ***ardly act and I don't feel as if I would like to conduct any sort of business there anymore, the games or items aren't the issue but the principal of the matter.
