Absolutely Terrible

Cash Crusaders Town Centre Branch: first time coming to this branch since they had the item I wanted. Waited 20 mins after 9 for for them to open. In the time 10 people walked away. Bad for business. Employees said that their systems were offline but no one informed customers about the problem. One of the customers said that this happens all the time. I have images to show no one is at the computers trying anything, everyone just sits at the back of the store. Cash Crusaders definitely loading a lot of money. 9:20am and waiting. Manager Nazeen.
