Absolutely shocked

I received the most ********** customer service from a lady named Cindy at cash crusaders northmead square. As I'm walking in to the shop yesterday afternoon, just before 5 30, I get stopped and am rudely told that the shop is closed, no how are you, no politeness whatsoever. I told her I just wanted to look around and got such a look of disgust from her. When I walked away I did say the way she handled the situation was *****y and she started muttering and grumbling under her breath.i then decided to go complain to the manager who asked Cindy to apologise, she then refused point blank. I am absolutely shocked. I get that it was closing time but does that mean that manners go out the door once its closed?? I work in both the hospitality industry as well as a receptionist, if I acted half as rude as Cindy, I wouldve been fired on the spot...
