Absolutely poor service levels

Cash Crusaders Davenport in Durban has terrible customer service.i have been trying to contact the store for 5 days to get my extension confirmation. I have sent numerous what's apps on their designated number. Messages delivered and no response. I called Cpt today I was told that I would get a call back asap to sort out but still nothing..my item is R15000 that is being held and currently I don't know where I stand..The store is irresponsible and have a don't care attitude. This is causing me stress and there is nobody in this organization that cares..It's so sad that we are subjected to this on top of pawning our stuff which we don't even want to do.
