absolutely pathetic service and an extreme rudeness CASH CRUSADERS TOKAI BRANCH

So to my dismay i have approached the tokai branch cash crusaders this morning wanting to borrow some cash for some emergencies at hand , as i sat and waited for approximately 36minutes in the line i thought of an amount that would suit my item well enough , as i was called i was asked for my id before the buyer in the buy shop could even have a look at my item and i quote THE BUYER ---THIS IS HOW I DO IT HERE unquote -- then he evaluated my guitar whilst having the wrong item opened on his pc that he was researching hence he started quoting me such an untrue amount and saying that my item is only worth 500rands were by i payed 14k for the item about 1 year ago and its a collectors item FINA PROFESSIONAL SEMI ACOUSTIC GUITAR WITH CUT AWAY AND TOP CLASS PICK UP ,WITH A GOLD PLATED CABLE FOR AMPLIFICATION, then i asked the buyer who really had such a pathetic unpleasant manner on how he even carried himself in such a rush and with such pressure hence i told him the value and he just laughed and said in such an unproffesional manner quote NAAAA I WONT EVEN OFFER U WHAT U WANT unquote i mean he first of all researching the wrong item and quoteing me then he is insulting me to the value of my item , how does cash crusaders employ such a person its a pitty i did not get his his name as i personally think and feel that this is such a violation against the consumer as thats what we are right cause we going there to do a fair and legal exhange of our goods and then to recieve the cash and pay it back in due time!!!!!!!!!!!!!ATTTENTION PEOPLE IF ANYONE ELESE HAS ANYTHING TO SAY ABOIUT THIS SPECIFIC BRANCH TOKAI CASH CRUSADERS PLS COME FORTH AS THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND I WILL GO BACK TO GET HIS NAME AND THEN CONATCT THE VOICE AND THE TABLOIDS AND EXPLOIT THIS BRANCH OF HOW THERE BUY SYSTEM AND THE MANNER OF WHICH THEY CONDUCT THEM SELVES AS TO MY EXPERIENCE AT THERE BUY SHOP TODAY they should actually consider firing this buyer and to create a more warmer buyshop enviroment at fair and reasonable prices that buyer speaks to clients as though he is fom the ghettos . his ethicate as a proffesional and representative of this store is pathetic and he needs to be dealt with according to the consumer act
