Absolutely pathetic behavior from staff with nonexistent customer service!

Cash Crusaders East Lynne (Pretoria), Has the most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered in my life. I wish I could give them no stars at all!!! It's as if you don't even interview your staff before hiring them. My experience with them was disgusting to say the least!. This was my second time visiting them and the 2nd experience was much worse than the first, and the first time around was completely appalling. Nigel and Tranisha are 2 of the most ill-mannered, rude, ********, prejudice and insulting people I have ever come across in my 7 years of customer services. Even as I asked them more than 4 times to explain the issue they're having with me, they continued to discuss me and the problem amongst themselves, with not a care given that I can hear and understand what is being said. It is absolutely pathetic that people like this represent your store. I would NEVER advise anyone to EVER visit that store. You would've had a much better than just throwing your stuff in the trash than wasting your time with such ridiculous people and behavior. This is definitely the worse branch of them all. Staff refused to accept items that I've been quoted online for and which were already accepted before I went to the store, I proceeded to contact head office which agreed the staff need to go with the quote that I have been given which they then again refused to do. This absolute nonsense!
