absolutely no respect whatsoever,very apalling

Out of boredom , i went to crusaders kuilsriver looking for a game i can play with ma son and i chose a game Encharted but i did'nt realise that the age restriction is 16+ and when i paid forthe game i was told 48hrs return and nothin else , i left when i got home as i was checkin the game out i realised that the graphics are not what my son would enjoy and the language is strong ,so i decided ti return the game as i was told 48hrs return. i returned the game the same day within 2hrs and as i got to the store i spoke to 1 store assistant and he said its fine i can exchange the game and i went to choose another game and i realised that they don't have what he would like so i took another game as i was at the counter the lady cashier said whats wrong with the game i told her nothing , i don't like the graphics and the language is strong for my 6yr old so i chose to return the game , and then this guy that served me earlier pops out of nowhere sayin we don't do that , onli when theres somethin wrong with the game then we can exchange it , i then told him but u never said that u onli told me 48hr return and notjing else , and so he told me i should have assumed that he meant that ,#%@*
