Absolutely Disgusted with Kroonstad Cash Crusaders

I am beyond furious and disappointed with the service I received at Cash Crusaders Kroonstad.

I went to the store to buy a product, but they told me they couldn’t sell it because the power was down and they “didn’t have the price.” I then asked if I could buy it online and collect it in-store, and the lady said yes.

So, I walked 3 km home, made the purchase online, and waited for confirmation. After a whole day with no response, I phoned Cash Crusaders head office, where Athena was extremely kind and helpful. She sent me a confirmation to take to the store.

I walked another 3 km back to pick up my item — only to find the store doors closed, with staff hiding inside behind the shelves. They saw me (and another customer waiting outside) and refused to come out or help us.

This behaviour is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. I am furious and disgusted by how this branch treats its customers.

I urge everyone to avoid Cash Crusaders Kroonstad at all costs — their service is shocking and their staff clearly have no interest in helping customers.
