ABSOLUTE HUMILIATION

Good day, I would like to lodge a formal complaint against a staff member at your Davenport Square branch. I visited the said branch on Saturday, along with my husband and 5 year old daughter, to collect some items which I taken in the month before. I arrived at the store in good spirits and paid for the items and then went to the buying section to collect my items. It is not the first time that I had visited the said store or pawned and collected items and I have NEVER experienced what I experienced on Saturday. I went to collect my items, where an African female staff member took my receipt and went to the back room where the items are kept. I then waited for 20 minutes to 30 minutes and saw the said lady coming in and out of the room, but not bringing the goods to me. In the interim, other customers were served. I eventually approached the counter where a tall African male wearing black pants and a black shirt (no Cash Crusaders uniform), had been serving customers. I told him that I am sorry to interrupt, but I had been waiting for more than 20 minutes and requested if he could find out what the delay was or what was happening with the items. They did not know what I was talking about and he then rudely told me I must wait he is serving the two customers in front him as they were there first. I told him I was actually there first because I had been there for nearly half and hour, whereupon he said he would ask the customers in front him and he could serve me instead. The customers in front of him where two African males who refused and then the said staff member and the two African males proceeded to laugh about it like it was a big joke. I told then I came in to collect my items and had a doctors appointment to get my daughter to and I just wanted to know where my staff was. Eventually a helpful colored male staff member came back with my stuff. While I was collecting my items from him, I asked for the African male in the black clothing’s name, as I said I was going to report him to Head Office. He instructed them not to give me his name and found the whole matter quite entertaining. At this point I became very angry and told him I would report the matter regardless and hopefully have him dismissed. I then left. As I was walking out of the door, the said staff member in the black clothing proceeded to antagonize me and make a very pronounced kissing gesture at me. I will not lie, at this point I got very upset because he treated me so poorly for no reason and humiliated me in front of the other customers and in front of my husband and my child, who did not understand what was going on. I proceeded to enter the buying area against and I told him that he is lucky that I did not slap him. He and my husband also had words because at this point my husband was extremely angry that this man, who is employed here, had made a point of mocking and antagonizing me by blowing kisses at me as we were leaving. I know there are CCTV cameras in your store and I want you to check the footage and respond to me. I will never make use of any Cash Crusaders again after the humiliation I suffered there. It is absolutely appalling and was completely unnecessary.
