Cash crusaders tramshed should give opportunity to SA Citizens who are willing to work.I had a loan Agreement with the store of which was expiring on the 10/09/2024 I went to the store on today 13/09/2024 Apparently now my item already is already priced marked what happened to the 5days grace period

When I came the guy whom was attending me pretend to be a manager and told me the 5days extension had passed that's why is nolonger in the system

Now the real Manager Appears Tebogo he says there's nothing they can do, I must buy it back with R1800 the grace period is not in black and white and I tell him your phone doesn't go through I even tried calling before I came here, he says the phone is working I called infront of him it doesn't go through ***

He gave the Head office contact *** I called the Guy said he will check I waited over 30mn in the store no communication or feedback was given I had to call phone is picked up by Bokanoso, she transferred me several times but no pick up, and mind you I'm using my airtime customer service is K***K shame they all neglected me been at the store from 09:10

The guys calls back at 10:31 saying he didn't have my phone number but I say you should have called the store, he says the grace is not written but I say I have used it before and have proof , he says I'm taking advantage and for that they can't assist me but can only sell my item to the person who is willing to pay hence they are running Business

Can the Consumer Protection Assist because clearly this ain't fair they have ripped me off
