65" SMART TV Purchased at Cash Crusaders in Rosettenville

On the 10 of September 2024 I bought a 65" LG Smart TV I paid 8k cash I was very happy as I really like the TV, first week in December got up the TV had sound but no picture to be careful and ensure my TV go in a good way went to Cash Crusaders to report that there is a sound no picture they said bring it in brought it on the 20th of December my partner said to the two guys that accepted the TV is there no form or anything to be completed as there is sound but no picture they said no they will send to their technicians and it will take 21 days on the 8th of January we received a message stating they are not able to fix the TV as there is a crack I went back to Cash Crusaders to ask how would they take a TV with a crack as my TV was mounted highly on the wall I then went back to Cash Crusaders I was told there was no crack when brought in then told to repair it I must pay 5k I said like how cause the Tv was brought for no picture they say the technician says the TV is cracked now inside I asked like how they said lay a complaint with Cash crusaders I sent an e-mail on the 28th of Jan with a response saying we will see the query with no ref no or query I called the number no reply I go back to the store and demand to see my TV it was in the storeroom no crack outside so I said how would I crack a TV inside as I am not a technician to have opened the TV I am very unhappy as I am not getting joy so now I am pushed from pillar to post I left my TV there as I need answers or my refund something needs to be done I am very angry at the service I need a response even if I call in I don't have a ref number or query no to state my complaint was sent through
