3rd Complaint

This is my 3rd complaint..

I still havent been contacted for feedback. Elijah (cash crusaders head office) who was dealing with my complaint initially did call me one morning before 8 o' clock, I had told him to please call me back in half an hour as I was taking my kids to school. He didn't call back, and to date I still have no feedback as to was any investigation done. When he initially called as I said in my previous complaint, he had only asked about the dates when I was there, I had told him to check on the stores cctv footage to confirm the date I was at the store to pay, he said he would check and call me back. He hasnt. I have been emailing him as well, and to date he hasnt rep**** to one email. Just to add, he didn't treat me like I am the customer thats complaining.
