I am so not happy with how they handle their customer complain. They took me for a ride. I reserved a Playstation 3 only to find that it was sold. I even called while i was on my way to the center and the lady confirmed its there. But when i got there i heard a lot of dissapointing story that it was sold. The manager is not so helpful... All he did was apologising with no valid solution. The lady tried calling other stores to find it but the manager was not so helpful and remorseful. I asked for IBT they told me they cant get it in store because its one item.now i must go to Tembisa mall myself to go get it. Not thinking how much it cost me to get to their store. So irritating.
