15 MINUTES WITH NO ONE AT THE TILLS

We've been standing in line for 15 whole minutes at your Carlton center branch and there is NOBODY in either of the 2 tills... Im here to reprint a slip and TWO people have told me it can be done. I EVENTUALLY get to the front and this guy tells me they can't do it... clearly because he didn't WANT to because the manager just confirmed they CAN do it. Your customer service is sies to say the least.
