14th Avenue Cash Crusaders- ****** in suits

On seeing what seemed to be an unbeatable deal on an Xbox one at Cash Crusaders I decided to go ahead and buy it. It was a reduced item and that's all I was told. The following day I realized no controller no matter what I tried would not connect . I returned it the following day , on 25 February. I was told the repairs would take two weeks and I would be called regarding the matter. Three weeks later I had still received no calls about it and when I went to the store to ask what was going on I was told that it would be ready the following Tuesday. Today I went in , a day after it should have been back , and was told that it was still not there and then told it shouldn't even be getting repaired because reduced items do not have a warranty , which I was never told , and upon requesting a refund I was told to wait for the person who was in charge of repairs to return to work tomorrow to clear the issue. This weekend will be an entire month of back and fourth with 14th Avenue Cash Crusaders with no progress at all. I advise anyone not to purchase anything from their shop , because service there is disgusting.
