14th Avenue a disgrace

Hello

I have spent well over R10 000 in this store. I bought 2 brand new Doogee X7 for R1899. Both phones have the same problem. They overheat. They freeze. There are countless issues. 1 Doogee went in for repairs 10 days ago. STILL NO FEEDBACK. I am demanding a refund on BOTH phones or I will go to the consumer board. I will never ever support this store ever again.

I would like someone more senior to sort this out. I do not want any Replacement. I want a full refund for both phones.
