This is the worst development group I ever work with…The new build houses are leaking worse on the roof . It’s rainy season and they not attending to it. Save yourself from the headache rather buy an old house than this cheap labour houses with poor communication and lack of maintenance . How can a new build house from scratch leak within a year??? The stress u will go through fighting for repairs is worse than that of a heartbreak . Avoid Casa Development at all cost. I’m actually ****ed.
