Casa company in ermelo, Mpumalanga Province they are taking advantage of us just because they don't have competitors. I signed the agreement with them on February 2025 and the property was registered on May 2025. I waited for them to build the house, the house was built on September 2025. Apparently on August the did some amandament on electricity meter and I was not told about those changes till I have signed the happy latter. All their employees are Hippocrates they hide information purposely. Why I'm saying that I told them when I'm moving in and ask about electricity they said they waiting for municipality to come yet they were lying. I wrote the email to them to complain they did not respond till today I even went to their office to talk to them. How can the changes that was made on August 2025 affect the contract that was signed in February 2025 this people are ****mer taking advantage of people and more and above they are using cheaper labour which leads to uncleaned work and lot of mistakes. Till today I'm scrambling tiles😭 cement and paint on the floor they even dispose they construction waste on open space well I don't know what the environment authorisation says about the damping of waste but leave the wasted in the house after they have built is total wrong. I had to clean up their waste before I move in, till today in my garage I have their pipe that was left by them. CASA did me dirty I was not even Happy when I was moving in to the new house my heart was so breaken. I was told that they won't release keys without meter number 😭, even site manager Mr mashaba kept the information from me till I signed the happy letter.
