Refund not paid

Cartease is the worst place to buy car parts.

I bought parts from them and I paid a deposit of 670. I was told that my parts are being ordered and they will let me know once the parts have arrived and then I will have to pay the remaining difference.

a week went by and they could not source my parts. I then requested a refund. they told me the refunds will be paid into my account on Tuesday(24 Oct 2017) but even today I still haven't received my money. every time I call i am told that they have already made the transfer and that the money should reflect anytime ,but its been 3 weeks already and I still haven't received it. I ended up going to the magistrate court in order to obtain a letter of demand. I will go to court again as I still haven't received my money.

this is such a waste of time. I mean 670 is not much to pay. I will never do business with these guys ever again!!!!!they are useless!!!!!
