CARTEASE AUTOBREAKERS BAD SERVICE

Do not support this business...!!! They provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Today I go there for a simple part which takes roughly 10min max to strip out of the vehicle. After a 30min wait, I decided to enquire to find out how long it will take and the manager/assistant behind the counter simply states "it could be a rusted bolt that's causing the delay". He did not even confirm this!!!

I then ask if I can assist the mechanic to remove the part and he agrees. I end up going there to find the mechanic busy eating his lunch and stripping parts he shouldn't. I the. question him and he simply states he had to help someone else in the process

I go back to the office to request a refund and wait a further 10min for the office assistant to state I'll receive my refund in 2 day into my bank account.

No apology from anyone!!!

I find this terrible customer service, the staffs attitudes stink too!!!
