bad attitude - time waisters

spoke to a lady who told me they had the part i needed. i told her to keep it as would come through on wednesday, she said it was a slow mover so definitely would be in stock. i told her i was coming from far away. she said it was not a problem. arrived wednesday and part had been sold. lady hid away. gent on counter didnt care. said they sell quick and didnt care at all. very poor service and bad attitutude.
