Real or Not Real

<p>Some dealers politely provide the VIN number for you to legitimise the vehicle specs and km. Others refuse to do so. Cars.co.za should ban dealers that refuse the client the VIN number. What are they trying to hide. The same dealer couldn't provide me with an updated photo, as the one advertised specified electric Windows, yet the picture shows front handled. They just dissapeared.</p>
