Great reviews….could do with a bit more info…

I’ve enjoyed the reviews, done by Ciro, on You Tube. The content is informative. It would be more relevant, however, if this motor journalist could include some content regarding the actual dealer network that market and sell the particular vehicle…..no witch hunt, just factual matters such as availabilities, correct pricing etc.

Having seen the Subaru Outback review, I decided that this was an option and set out to try and buy one. This turned out to be a futile attempt…2 dealer websites viewed, old information, incorrect pricing etc. Spoke to 2 sales people….1 didn’t have a clue about arrival dates, pricing, incorrect web details and basically wanted to sell me what he had (Forester) and not what I wanted….the other was equally ******** as to his hugely outdated website, including advertising discontinued models etc. At least sales person number 2 informed me I could have a car NEXT YEAR if I wanted one….he couldn’t say when next year….only next year. As much as I would like to have an Outback….there is no way I’m going to engage with a brand that is clearly in disarray, as is evident by their totally inept sales sales force. Pretty disappointing to think that you are denied access to an “available” marque???

I do realise that multiple dealers sell and maintain a specific brand, in some instances…..so just some top level info in this regard would be really useful in terms of gauging the process up to delivery….and maybe what you can expect after delivery and during ownership.
