Details asked for not given

I have been using Cars.co.za to help me find a new car. Every time I find a car that may be of interest I fill in the enquiry panel asking for detail. Often I get dealers that have not been given my requirement/s calling wanting to know what I want. I take the time to consider what is advertised before responding. Today, I visited a dealer to see a car that had been advertised and asked why had I not been given the detail that I asked for? The dealer showed me what he had received from cars.co.za and none of what I had asked for was passed forward to the dealer. I was embarrassed. cars.co.za have lost any trust that I had in their brand
