cars.co.za ****!
I have paid ad as a private seller. The ad never appeared but they charge me for it? The call center doesn't work, the email doesn't work, WhatsApp doesn't work. It is a **** website! Don't pay as a private client. I cannot even get my money back because it was a credit card payment. DAY LIGHT *******!

Our private adverts do not go up automatically, we need to view and approve them before they go up. Our call center is also closed on weekends, which is why you would not have been able to get through to anyone. Please provide the details of your listing and we will contact you shortly.

You should make it clear on your website or use the auto message system of WhatsApp or email that tells your client you are not attending any inquiry between 5 pm Friday till 8 am Monday.
This was going to make everything easier and simpler.
I will change my rating to 3 because of the time that you cost me!

You should make it clear on your website or use the auto message system of WhatsApp or email that tells your client you are not attending any inquiry between 5 pm Friday till 8 am Monday.
