Worst customer service from Carrol Boyes online team

I have had the worst experience with Carrol Boyes in my history of online shopping. I ordered a parcel about a month ago and to this day I have not received it. If I could give feedback on the service from the online team ladies. I cannot believe a brand of this calibre has the worst customer service. The last one yesterday pretended to not hear me and then dropped the phone on me. I have been calling every other day for the past couple of weeks. Avoid ordering from Carrol Boyes if you want things done in an efficient and professional manner. I went through other reviews and they are all bad, my goodness.
