Shocking service by Carol Boyes

I am really disappointed in Carolboyes, CB offered virtual shopping for customers that were outside CPT, I bought a lot of stuff from CB at their annual sale, I bought a clock, when the clock arrived it was just the steel no watch mechanism, raised this with CB immediately, they apologised and sent a mechanism to one of the store, they asked me to bring the clock so the sales person can fit it. I did that and the mechanism doesn’t fit as the clock is defective. After a few days The store asked me to return the clock which I did, my issue with the clock has still not been resolved, I have sent emails after emails, the last communication was for me to return the clock to the store as the clock mechanism sent didn’t fit. This week I receive another mechanism, and no clock. To this day I don’t have a clock or my money back since you can’t give me a working clock can you return my money
