****py service at clearwater and cresta mall after spending so much money

I bought a sculpture well balanced on easter weekend at clearwater mall,when I got home it had scratches.I took it back the next day and they did not have another one at the storeroom.I asked them to check if cresta has and they did.I went there and found one that did not have scratches and they agreed to swap it for me.Got distracted by checking for other items in the shop and they gave me the same one that I wanted to change.Today when I open the box I found the same item with the scratches where I had identified them.They took me for a fool after driving from clearwater mall to cresta and to be duped.This is really disappointing and I'm disgusted by this service.I cant spend so much to be taken for a fool.After spending so much I must be happy to use something that looks like a defect.
