Poor services provided by Carol boyyes

Been having an issue with my online order that has been failing to get to me. 3 times now, even after I made efforts of trying to collect it myself because their delivery services are very poor this was denied and Today on the 4th I was told the items would be delivered and at 18:00 I get an update saying failed delivery. All I want is my money back because they clearly choose who to prioritise based on who bought and at what value. I don’t want anything to do with this brand🤮🤮🤮. They delivery partner makes it even worse. Wasted My time and airtime on something pointless
