Poor service

I ordered online and waited for more than 7 days with no communication except being told the tracking company name. I had to call the tracking company and they told me my parcel is at mall of africa. when i got there they told me my parcel is in capetown, i insisted it is here and only after few minutes they found it. there is no note that i requested on the website, no wrapping, no plastic to carry the parcel. and the teller told me they cant do anything.
