Poor quality products

The quality of this brand doesn't not tie up with the brands reputation. I own a full dinner set that I've barely owned for a year and I'm not plead with state they are in. The black set of cups that I own look ashy and the black is fading off. The plates and bowls that I own have cracks on them. I own a Carrol Boyes black bottle that I'm embarrassed to walk out in public with because of the scratches it has. I've attempted to addresses these complaints and have sent emails, only to be told that, Carrol Boyes products have a 1 month warranty, and after that nothing can be done. As a very loyal customer to this brand, I must say it's becoming really discouraging to attempt buying anymore products from this brand and even referring this brand to my circle of people. Highly disappointing !
