Poor Customer Service Centurion Mall
I purchased a dinnerware set online for convenience and it was delivered. However, as it is a gift, I realised it did not come with a gift bag.
I therefore went to the store at Centurion Mall to purchase a bag separately. To my disbelief, I was told that the bag is not for sale and that I would need to purchase something in-store in order to receive one.
Furthermore, the staff member was unbothered and unwilling to assist in finding a solution. He was quick to say that his manager was on leave, that no one else could assist, and that I should take my complaint to the complaints department. The customer service was distasteful.
Please train your staff to be more customer-oriented rather than sales-oriented, as that is what brings returning customers. Also, why not sell branded gift wrap for such instances? I now do not know what to do to get a decent branded wrap with the brand name for my gift.
