Poor customer service
I ordered hand wash and hand lotion online, but I received hand lotions only. I sent an email no one responded. I phoned in and was told to take the wrong item to the nearest store. I explained that the reason I bought online it’s because I don’t have time to go the shops. I was told that the couriers will collect and they’ll send me the correct item. Till today I have not received my item. This is so disappointing from a big store like Carol bites.

03 Mar 2022, 12:59The keep on telling me the same thing that they are waiting for the item to be delivered to their head office then they will send the replacement. The wrong item was collected from me on Monday already. I mean you cant keep on telling me the same thing since then. This was an error from your side. It needs to be treated as urgent.
