Over priced bad quality cups

I bought my daughter 3 white and 3 black cups. 2 of the white cups have hairline cracks next to the handle and both is leaking. Do we had to discard them. The black looks ashy on the inside. Now my daughter is in the USA and with overpriced cups that does not live up to its price tag. Not happy at all about this buy. The receipt was discarded after the purchase so I don’t have a reference numbet.
