My refund stuck at the shop for 35 days

On the 26 July 2025 I went to Mall of Africa carrol Boyes I bought glasses for 699 I swop using my cars the money came out of my card but the shop did nt get it...I repeated the payment three times and I reported the matter at the Tyme bank. My bank refunded me 2 payments and told me the other 699 it's with carrol botes it's been a month calling a shop demanding my refund but not succeeded.
