Great Service

I purchased a Carol Boyes wine bottle opener a few years back. I went to the Waterfront store and asked if they could perhaps repair it as only a pin had come out. I was super impressed when the sales assistant just gave me a new one. No questions asked. Most time you have to complete so much paper just to return and item it’s ridiculous.
