Excellent Service

I recently purchased a Hummingbird book stand. I made the mistake of ordering through one of the stockists. The first order received was bent and I requested an exchange. The product was exchanged and 2 weeks later when I received the new product it was indeed bent again. I do believe that they didn’t even make an effort to exchange the first order. I reached out to Carrol Boyes, taking a shot in the dark, to enquire whether they would be able to assist me in an exchange and explaining my experience. I was put in touch with Jackie. Jackie went above and beyond to assist me, even though she didn’t need to. She was kind and communicated throughout the whole process with me, providing me with updates. She arranged that I was able to exchange it at a store close to me with no problems. Again, even though she didn’t need to address my problems. I received exceptional service! I can honestly say that they have received a life long customer! I am genuinely impressed. Would definitely recommend. And on a side note- the piece is absolutely stunning!
