Dissapointed in Carol Boyes/Ram Couriers

Being a loyal customer of Carol Boyes i am very dissapointed that 2 x Vanity mirrors was short delivered by Ram Couriers whom admitted the previous day when delivering another parcel they saw another order for me at the warehouse but it had a missing box! Till date that missing box never arrived and i now short two Christmas presents. Really sad as i supported you so much this year and now im dropped before Christmas. Packaging also in such a bad condition for the price you pay its really disgusting to say the least bad for your reputation!
