Disappointed customer

I made an order in November 2024,I then tracked my order with the delivery guys and was told it has been returned to Carrol boyes,I followed with Carrol boyes on Decem and January 2025 and no one returns my calls nor emails then recently some consultant replies and tells me they attempted three times to calle with no avail which is not true.now I am expected to pay for a delivery of I need it.worse thing this is not the first I have ordered from them soo surely they should have my details on system.i am very disappointed because till today I haven't received my order and the attitude I am receiving is very pathetic for a big brand like Carol boyes
