Delivery promises today yet not delivered

I called the Carrol Boyes functional art numerous times this week because my order was taking forever to be delivered. Yesterday I spoke to Zipho who promised me that my order will be delivered today (Saturday) before 12. I just called the delivery company and they informing me the order will not be delivered today and they don’t know when it will be delivered. This was meant to be a gift for someone who is leaving today and now they can’t get it because of this *********** service. As a loyal buyer of Carrol Boyes I am very disappointed and you have lost a customer in me.
