Cheap service that comes expensive

Im writing this review with a heavy heart, frustration and disappointments… From where I am I don’t think Carrol Boyes lives up to its name…buying an expensive item and getting cheap service… I bought items (Double Wall mugs) online as a gift to friends and in laws.

Request for it to be delivered at Menlyn Maine (one there are no paper bags inside) and writing a birthday message it’s a proof enough that it’s a gift so you expect me to buy a gift bag.

I went to the store Menlyn maine and I requested a gift bag upon receipt on the parcel and they refused.

Secondly I heard a sound of a broken glass within the packages and I opened it and there was 2 broken mugs still they refuse exchange I was forced to buy new mugs as I had to gift my friends and in laws this morning.

Im going to post and rate your poor services on hello peter.

I requested to leave them by the store so that I can log an email and the parcel (broken mugs) be collected from their store as I received my parcel there… still they refused. Hhhayii!!!!!!!! Suka this Carrol Boyes its giving cheap services, people should know… i had to buy more in this current financial state...

i dont recommend online service for anyone as it operates separate from the actual stores who does that misalignment of services. Or *********** staff that does not know customer service. it feels like im buying from a small business who its new in the market. Now I have two broken mugs that I need to return how do I return them?
