Carrol Boyes Shocking!!!

I am extremely disappointed and upset at Carrol Boyes Store. I bought a wedding gift for a couple on the site and got it sent straight to them. Only to find out 3 weeks later that they were sent body butter instead of the plates I had bought. This is shocking for such a brand, this is extremely embarrassing to find out that you "gifted" people body butter instead of what you actually bought them only to say sorry 3-4 weeks later. I am shook
