Carrol Boyes - Pathetic after service !

I have received exceptionally bad after service from carol boyes la Lucia and your head office. I sent in a water jug , leather wallet and leather business card holder for repairs in August 2018 and it is now November 2018. I did wait the 6-8 week period before enquiring and I keep getting the run around. The manager and staff have no sense of urgency. They have only sent one email regarding my stuff to your head office...I was told to expected it last week Friday and today is Tuesday and I have not heard anything from the manager nor the sales assistant Trisha. I am wondering if I ever will get my items back...this is really horrible after service from Carol Boyes ! The manager Maxine and the sales assistant Trisha are totally unapologetic and keep giving me the internal logistical issue excuses. Very disappointed !
