Carol boyes

I've bought canisters set in Centurion Mall and I and realized that the lid of 1 canister is faulty ,the top rubber silicone on the lid is not closing properly. I called the store and I was advised to contact the customer service department. I did that and I was told I can't be assisted because of the 30 day policy of which I understand. But their Canister is faulty is not my fault I don't even want my refund buy and exchange, now I'm stuck with a product that I bought with my hard earned money and I'm dissatisfied about it. Is really unfair we buy expensive stuff knowing we buy quality but we don't get quality .In this economy I chose Carol boyes but I got poor quality product and me as a customer their product did not reach my satisfaction and I'm being told about 30 days policy those things are over R1000. I'm really disappointed.
