Withdrawal disputes

Good morning am writing this email with a heavy heart i made a withdrawal on Sunday today is day 5 still nothing and from your chat live i always get the same answer it’s emotionally exhausting,draining and tiring i won that money fair and square and prior to winning I deposited the money i worked hard for just to process a withdrawal does it have to be this hard every day 5 to 7 times a day am asking for help but no one seems to care i don’t even believe that someone is doing something about it i don’t believe the escalation part anymore because how can you escalate something for 5 days and nothing is done this is not fair to me as punter/customer please fix this
